The returned product must be properly secured for transport. The direct cost of return shipping is borne by the Buyer.

Products made to individual order
The right of return may not apply to non-prefabricated products, manufactured according to the Buyer's individual specifications or intended to satisfy their individualized needs, e.g., bases made in a non-standard size upon special order.
