Depending on how the Store is used, the Administrator may process the following data, among others:

§ 3. Purposes and grounds for data processing

1. Order fulfillment
Data is processed for the purpose of accepting an Order, concluding and performing a sales contract, processing payments, manufacturing ordered Products, and organizing delivery.
The basis for processing is the necessity of processing for the conclusion and performance of the contract.
2. Payment processing
Data may be transferred to payment operators to the extent necessary to carry out the transaction selected by the Customer.
The Store enables payments using, among others:

3. Order delivery

5. Tax and accounting obligations
Transaction data may be processed and stored to fulfill legal obligations incumbent on the Administrator, in particular tax and accounting obligations.

7. Assertion and defense of claims

In connection with the operation of the Store, Customers' personal data may be transferred to entities cooperating with the Administrator, if this is necessary for the provision of services or the fulfillment of the Administrator's obligations.
